The ULI Philippines Capital Markets Product Council’s mission is to create a topically focused, multidisciplinary group of senior professionals involved in Capital Markets – focusing on short-term and long-range trends and opportunities that surround financial markets and how they influence and transform the business of real estate investment. Participants will explore drivers influencing substantive transactions and shares best practice solutions to foster a healthy and productive capital markets sector.
The council is committed to meeting for half a day of programming biannually, usually timed with major events of the local council.

Selections for the Capital Markets Council members will be determined by the Capital Markets Council Chair. All Full Members of ULI Philippines are eligible. Space is limited to 20 for this opportunity. Membership term is for one year and members have a chance to renew up to three years. New members may be accepted annually should there be any vacant seat.
If you are a non-member or an Associate Member and have been selected to join the Capital Markets Council, then you will have to upgrade your membership to a Full Member. Learn more about ULI’s membership levels here.
Council Chair: Eric Manuel, Investment and Asset Management for the Philippines, Arch Capital
Eric is leading ARCH Capital’s investment and management efforts in the Philippines. ARCH Capital is independently owned and managed Pan-Asian investment management firm targeting real estate opportunities across the major asset classes by capitalizing on its extensive network of industry contacts to source proprietary, off-market investments. The team are real estate professionals who manage investment capital rather than finance professionals who manage real estate.
For over 15 years, he has provided strategic advisory and transaction services to investor/occupier clients in the Commercial/Corporate Real Estate and Financial Services industries. He was involved in various phases of real estate in several continents – development, construction financing, asset management, leasing, acquisition /dispositions, and capital restructuring – and all asset classes – office, retail, residential, land, and hotel.
