Our Leaders
ULI Philippines Leadership consists of leading professionals in the local real estate industry. The Council operates under the leadership of the ULI Philippines Council Chair and the local executive committee.
Our members voluntarily offer their time and industry expertise to lead Philippines and further the mission of ULI in our region.
The executive committee meet up quarterly each year to further discuss and render final determination on issues raised and proposals submitted at the programming committee meetings, and to address membership-related issues. Executive committee members are selected by the ULI Philippines Council chair. Each serves a two-year term and is eligible for selection to serve an additional term.
