Membership
How do I become a member/renew my membership? | Go to www.uli.org/JoinULI to renew your membership or decide which package is right for you. Still have questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected]. |
What’s the validity of my individual membership? | ULI membership is annual basis which will be effective for 12 months starting on the month that payment is received. |

When I change locations (city, state, country), does my membership go with me? | Yes. Simply update your profile in my.uli.org with your new contact details. You will automatically be added to the distribution list for updates and invitations from the relevant National Council. |
If I join, can anyone in the company use the benefits of my membership? | ULI membership is held by an individual. You must be a member yourself in order to receive the benefits of membership. |
Events
I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me? | Check if you have chosen to register on the correct Member/Non-member link. Confirm if registration has closed (registration usually closes 3 days before the event date). For any other issues, take a screenshot of the error message and send it to [email protected] for assistance. |
If I'm a Corporate Member how do I avail of the complimentary registration? | Reach out to your designated company coordinator regarding the availment of the Corporate Membership tickets. For any other issues, please email [email protected]. |
General
I want to get more involved with ULI. Where do I start? | The best way to get involved is to attend our local events. If you are looking to dive deeper, you can contact [email protected] to discuss which committee might be the best fit for you. |
My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do? | You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please contact [email protected] or call ULI Asia Pacific Customer Service at +852 2886 1620. |
Why am I not receiving ULI emails? | Have you added ULI to your “safe senders” list? If you are uncertain, please contact your IT team to whitelist ULI emails. Whitelisting instructions are contained here: http://www.realmagnet.com/whitelisting-information/. If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. If your information is up-to-date, please contact [email protected]. |
