The mission of the Mentorship Program is to foster an exchange of professional ideas and mentorship between experienced executives in the industry (“Mentors”) and young real estate professionals (“Mentees”). The goal is to provide Mentors the opportunity to strengthen ties with one or two young leaders of the local real estate community and the opportunity to gain a fresh perspective and additional experience as an advisor, supporter and coach. Mentees will have the chance to learn from experienced industry players.

YLG hosts Friday Real Estate Social Hour (F.R.E.S.H.) an innovative networking event that aims to bring young professionals together with established leaders in the field, who can share the lessons and challenges they have experienced throughout their careers.

The ULI Urban Innovation Challenge hosted by YLG Philippines is a pitch competition that focuses on providing community innovation initiatives, technologies, and projects that address the key challenges specific areas of the country. Initially launched during the 2019 ULI Philippines Conference: The Future Summit, the first iteration was geared towards Poblacion, Makati.

Exclusive property tours, project exhibitions, expert discussion panels, educational events, and other unique opportunities to learn more about the issues and projects defining the real estate industry. Examples include tour of the Poblacion district, the Bay Area, the tours of Cebu and Davao, and site visit of The Finance Centre.
