As regulatory pressures mount and stakeholder expectations evolve, the real estate industry faces an urgent need to integrate environmental and social impacts into financial valuations. Traditional models focusing solely on market fundamentals no longer capture the full spectrum of risks and opportunities shaping asset values. Leading investors are now developing sophisticated approaches to price these factors into investment decisions.

Join us as ULI presents findings from its latest research on carbon pricing implementation in real estate, followed by insights from industry leaders who are pioneering new valuation methodologies.

    Key Discussion Topics:

    - How are investors incorporating carbon pricing into asset valuation and investment decisions?
    - What metrics beyond carbon and energy (such as accessibility and well-being) are emerging as value drivers in real estate?
    - How can environmental and social impact assessments strengthen risk management and guide investment decisions?
    - How are regional policy developments in APAC and EU influencing valuation approaches?
