We are delighted to announce the upcoming 2023 Urban Land Institute Greater Bay Area Annual Conference on 12-13 April.

As one of the most important annual events of ULI in China, the conference covers key topics in the real estate industry and provides an excellent platform for ULI members and guests to exchange ideas.

This year marks the beginning of China's implementation of the Quality Nation Construction Plan, a new PE policy with a focus on promoting high-quality development. In terms of housing construction, the emphasis is on creating livable, resilient, and smart cities, promoting the stable and healthy development of urban cities, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry towards industrialization, digitization, and greening. This conference will focus on keynote speeches and discussions on topics such as Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation, GBA Industries & Real Estate trends, the GBA ESG Ecosystem, business models and policy for urban regeneration, and future smart transportation for the Greater Bay Area.

We will invite leading developers, investors, and professional service providers from both domestic and international markets to share their insights. In addition, we have arranged iconic social events including project tours, social lunch and leadership dinners for conference attendees.
